How do our plans work?

Scops, Asio and Bubo are monthly subscriptions, where Mighty Owl is an annual one. Whatever the plan, the bill is sent monthly, and based on your subscription plan.

What are the accepted payment methods?

For now, we only work with debit or transfer. You can reach us for any alternative method.

How can I get a discount?

Discounts are available for these cases:

  • Choose the Mighty Owl plan
  • You become a partner/reseller
  • You sign up for a year

How can I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your plan at any time via the customers portal. These changes apply immediatly after validation through our team. If your upgrade happens during a billing cycle, you will only be charged the prorated difference

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you find Hibouvision is not made for you, just cancel your subscription with no penalties via our customers portal. The service will stop right at the end of the billing cycle.

How long is my monitoring data stored?

The retention of your monitoring datas depends on your subscription. All details can be found in the price list.
